Our 28 day exchange guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. If we cannot repair to a satfsfactory standard any mechanical or electrical fault to manfactures original equipment we will exchange it for a vehicle of equal value.
Conditions which apply to the 28 day exchange guarantee:
- White Rose Motors must be satisfied that apart from faulty component the vehicle is in the same condition you recieved your vehicle.
- Exchange must be within 28 days of taking the vehicle within 1000 miles of delivery mileage
- A qualified motor engineer will be appointed to examine the vehicle to confirm it qualifies for exchange under the terms of the 28 day exchange Guarantee.
